How do I get an account?
In order to provide a secure environment for both students and teachers accounts are created on request for schools registered with LL4Schools - this is required in order to guarantee the traceability of every account.
Registration in a very simple process:
- Register your school using the form below.
- We require a letter from your Head Teacher on school headed paper confirming the order. We are sorry if this appears overly bureaucratic but we must ensure that each school account is created appropriately to protect all concerned. Please feel free to use the sample wording for the letter given below the form - just cut&paste into a wordprocessor! It may be posted, faxed, or scanned and e-mailed - contact details.
- When the form has been submitted click on the link at the bottom of the page to continue...
- Click on Confirm to confirm your order and generate a proforma invoice on screen.
- Print two copies of the Proforma: you can use the Print Proforma button to generate a printable page.
- Send one copy to the address on the proforma with a cheque made payable to "Icon Information Systems Ltd" and keep the other for your records. Or you may request that payment is made via PayPal if you prefer: in this case you will receive an email from LL4Schools shortly after registering. An invoice will be issued on payment (including VAT for UK customers).
Once your school is registered you can request the creation of staff and student accounts at any time by following these instructions.
