How do I register my school?

In order to provide a secure environment for both students and teachers accounts are created on request for schools registered with LL4Schools - this is required in order to guarantee the traceability of every account.

Registration in a very simple process:

1. Register your school using the form below.
2. We require a letter from your Head Teacher on school headed paper confirming the registration request. We are sorry if this appears overly bureaucratic but we must ensure that each school account is created appropriately to protect all concerned. Please feel free to use this sample wording for the letter or the filled in version which appears below the completed form - just cut&paste into a wordprocessor! It may be posted, faxed, or scanned and e-mailed - contact details.

As soon as we have the confirmation letter we will create an account for you and add it to the Admin Support and Staffroom groups. This will also trigger the creation of a school group which you will own and twenty generic user accounts.

If you wish to have named users accounts then simply send an email request to LL4Schools admin asking for your registration to be upgraded from the free service to the paid one. We will then contact you to arrange payment. Once complete you will be able to submit a csv file of usernames to be created at any time by following these instructions.
